Wayfinding kiosk and touchscreen software

What is wayfinding kiosk software?

Wayfinding kiosk software runs a searchable directory and map on a touchscreen in an entrance, lobby or hall. Mappire’s kiosk is the same 3D map visitors open on their phones, and one dashboard update reaches every screen.

From the kiosk to the visitor’s phone

Most kiosks lose people the moment they walk away. Mappire’s kiosk shows a QR code for the destination, and the route opens on the visitor’s own phone with a live blue dot.

A digital directory that stays current

Tenants move and clinics relocate. Every kiosk updates from the same dashboard as the mobile map, so no screen shows a store that closed last month.

Works with the screens you have

Mappire runs on freestanding kiosks, wall touchscreens, tables and any display that shows a web page. Arabic and English switch with one tap.

Where kiosks earn their place

Mall entrances and car-park lobbies, exhibition halls, hospital receptions, airport arrivals and campus lobbies. Kiosk searches also feed occupancy and visitor analytics.

Questions buyers ask

What is wayfinding kiosk software?

It is the software that runs a searchable digital directory and map on a touchscreen. Mappire's kiosk mode uses the same 3D map as the phone version, so one update reaches every screen.

Can a visitor take the route from the kiosk to their phone?

Yes. The kiosk shows a QR code for the chosen destination. The visitor scans it and the route opens instantly on their own phone, with nothing to install.

Do we need to buy specific kiosk hardware?

No. Mappire runs on the kiosks and touchscreens you already have, or any screen that shows a web page.
